Return & Replacement Policy
New software and hardware may be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase.  New software and hardware that have been activated, used, missing parts, opened or are returned in an altered condition will incur up to a 100% restocking fee.
Used software and hardware may be returned within 30 days of purchase for between a 20 to 100% restocking fee.  Restocking fees are dependent on condition, completeness, duration and depreciation of the returned item. 
Defective software and hardware may be returned for a replacement of the same item.  Defective hardware may be replaced for an identical item within 30 days of purchase.  Defective software may be replaced for another copy of the same item within 90 days of purchase.
Digital games and software are not returnable or refundable after purchase.
All returns are subject to approval upon inspection of returned item. 
It is recommended that returns be shipped through USPS with delivery confirmation.  In most cases, USPS will be the most reasonably priced trackable service.  It is recommended that insurance be purchased on more expensive returns for your own protection.
Customers are responsible for return postage, but may, in some cases, receive a partial or full refund for postage (up to $15 USD) upon inspection and evaluation of the circumstances surrounding the return. 
Returns will be processed within 2 to 5 business days of delivery but may take up to 14 business days to be refunded to your account.
